When you contact us
If you choose to email Touch Base, we use the information you provide—such as your name, company, work email and message—to assess and respond to your enquiry. The website’s current enquiry form prepares an email on your device; it does not save your submission in a website database.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss a potential service and take steps you request before entering a business relationship. We do not use enquiry details to send unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers used for business email or professional support, subject to appropriate arrangements. We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, relationship and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or object to certain uses. You may also raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
